I'm starting a new series of miniature 5x7" paintings featuring unique mandala skies within the vibrant colors of the ocean sunset.

The combination of the impessionistic strokes of the palette knife mixed with the circular patterns of the sky mandala invokes a deep meditation within.

This little one, entitled "Beach Pastels" is the first of the series.

I made a little timelapse video showing the creation process to give you a glimpse inside the making of these little paintings.

Enjoy!
